We all know it

It is not background noise

The pain

Here is the truth of it:

Your own hopelessness
And let yourself acknowledge

We are all connected
Everything is connected
 
And the overwhelming 
Darkness we are currently experiencing
The darkness that
Holds everything
Including the seeds of new life
Is here to remind us 
That it is not about Cause and Effect and Blame
It is about Action and Reaction and Interaction

AND COMPASSION
Because we can relate
And we relate because we are connected
Because everything is connected
 
Here is the truth of it:
When one of us feels Love
We all feel Love
 
I invite you to exhale into the darkness
And offer up the unbearable
To be transmuted to the highest vibration of Love
 
I invite you to Inhale the darkness
And let its potentiality fill you
Let its solitude and mystery and promise
Fill your exhale
An offering
​To be manifested as the highest vibration of Love

 Here is the truth of it:
Every day
By word and deed 
We have the power 
To create light from the dark
We have the power
To bring a higher vibration into our individual lives
Into our relationships
And to the planet by embracing
Our shared individuality and community
By remembering 
That when one of us suffers
We all suffer
That when one of us feels Love
We all feel Love
 
Here is the truth of it:
Self-love by extension brings love to others 
This is how we will create a civilization
Grounded in unity consciousness
This is how we will create
A place where love of self and love of other
Are in balance
And everyone has a seat at the table 

Hold the reality of this if you dare.

Love is the foundation
Love is the liberator
Love is external to the system that is ending
